Dentures

  • Dentures are custom-made replacements for missing teeth and surrounding tissue which can be taken out and put back into your mouth. Replacing missing teeth will help to improve your appearance and smile while also providing the necessary support to keep your entire face healthy. Below are some type of dentures we offer: Complete Dentures Partial Dentures Implant Supported Dentures Immediate Dentures We offer three type of dentures materials: Acrylic Co-Cr Valplast Dentures are mainly made from acrylic due to the ease of material manipulation and likeness to intra-oral tissues, ie. gums. Dentures made from acrylic can be fragile and fracture easily, hence we also offer reinforcing the denture base with cobalt chromium (Co-Cr). They are often thinner (therefore more comfortable) and stronger (to prevent repeating fractures). Valplast® flexible partials could be the solution for you to replace one or more teeth. Unlike more traditional ridged and bulky dental denture materials, Valplast flexible partial denture are made from a flexible plastic material which fits neatly into your mouth and is virtually invisible. They do NOT require any unsightly metal clasps to keep them in place.

Bridge

  • Bridges are commonly used to replace one or more missing teeth. A bridge is made up of two or more crowns for the teeth on either side of the gap — these two or more anchoring teeth are called abutment teeth — and a false tooth/teeth in between. These false teeth are called pontics and can be made from gold, alloys, porcelain, or a combination of these materials. Dental bridges are supported by natural teeth or implants.Complete Dentures Partial Dentures Implant Supported Dentures Immediate Dentures We offer three type of dentures materials: Acrylic Co-Cr Valplast Dentures are mainly made from acrylic due to the ease of material manipulation and likeness to intra-oral tissues, ie. gums. Crown (EMAX & ZIRCONIA )

  • A dental crown is a tooth-shaped “cap” that is placed over a tooth — to cover the tooth to restore its shape and size, strength, bite and improve its appearance and smile. Permanent crowns can be made from stainless steel, all metal (such as gold or another alloy), porcelain-fused-to-metal, all resin, or all ceramic/porcelain.

Implant Supported Dentures

  • An implant-supported denture is a type of overdenture that is supported by and attached to implants. A regular denture rests on the gums, and is not supported by implants. An implant-supported denture is used when a person doesn’t have any teeth in the jaw, but has enough bone in the jaw to support implants. An implant-supported denture has special attachments that snap onto attachments on the implants.

Denture Repair

  • A broken denture can cause a great deal of physical discomfort. Our dentist will inspect the problem first and provide the technician with instructions on how the dentures must be repaired or adjusted. Veneer ( Composite & Ceramic )

  • Dental veneers are thin shells of porcelain or composite resin that are custom made to fit over teeth, providing a natural and attractive smile. They can be used to fix chipped, stained, misaligned, worn down, uneven or abnormally spaced teeth. Composite resin and ceramic/porcelain are the most commonly used materials in the veneer fabrication process. In the hands of our experienced cosmetic dentist, both materials can beautifully transform your smile. READ MORE

Inlays and Onlays

  • There are times when a tooth suffers damage (from decay, for example) that is too extensive to be treated with a simple filling — but not extensive enough to need a full-coverage crown. In these cases, the best option for restoring the tooth may be an inlay or onlay. Both inlays and onlays are considered “indirect” fillings, meaning that they are fabricated outside the mouth (generally at a dental laboratory), and then bonded to the tooth by the dentist using various materials such porcelain, gold or composite resin materials.
